I haven't done a recent search, but I know at one time I bought some toys like this online from dogtoys.com. I've not had any trouble with them.
I have not personally tried Pedi Paws at home, but I have heard that it didn't work very well from a few friends who tried it. A family member actually has a dremel tool that he uses on the big dogs and they love it - it's a "treat" for them! LOL
