That's messed up. Who better to report "suspected" abuse than a veterinarian? The doctor can see obvious and intentional abuse when the pet comes in for treatment, especially if it is a regular occurrence! State of Kentucky, wake up!!!

I love my dog. He's quirky, but let's be honet -- so am I. That's what makes us a perfect match. When I first found him (story below) I wasn't sure I would keep him. I'd never had a small dog before. I already had my dalmatian and had alwyas had bigger dogs. He proved to me that little dogs need love too :)

Buster is a poodle mix full of attitude that I found in the street 12 years ago.

Bite feet, chase a tennis ball and not bring it back, eat treats, and tear up the carpet

It was the night before Thanksgiving 1997. I was leaving work and turned down a street to be met with glowing eyes. I stopped the car and Buster, as he is now named, came running over to me and jumped in my car. I drove around for a couple hours since Buster had on a harness and leash. I figured someone had to be looking for him, but no. Buster is a Thanksgiving miracle.
