My dogs name is Max he is Daschund/Jack Russell terrier and has lots of character! We call him Maxi, Maximious, Max Thomas, and Little guy.

Hello pet lovers! I have a scenario that hopefully someone here would actually know what to do. I am helping a friend give her puppy away to a new home...is there anything my friend needs to do as far as legally? I already told her to give them the vaccination papers (in which) is up to date and dog license on the collar. What i really want to know is, does my friend have to call the licensing place (or anything else) to change the name to the NEW owners? My friend is afraid that if the dog does something ( for example, bite someone)... can she get into trouble since all the paperwork is still in her name??? I think this is a legitimate concern to have. I hope someone is knowledgeable enough to give me feedback on this matter, thank you very much everyone.

Just want to join because I adopted a Doxie from shelter last year. He is about 2 years old and spoiled rotten. Need some hints on how to care for this breed.

Our group sure has been QUIET! I have put on hold for now any king of cart or wagon. We are looking forward to a Halloween parade we do every year for Pediatric patients at FVRH. I'll try to share pictures.

I'm still looking at options - any wagon or cart has to be narrow in order to get close to beds - and if it is low then I would still have to bend. I don't think folding stairs would work - I would still have to unfold it, etc. I have seen a couple "stroller" type varts that might work - but way too expensive. Anyway - thanks for all the suggestions - I'm sure we will find something eventually - just have to keep looing.

I can't think of anything that may be comfortable enough to rusty. Wearing a dog kangaroo for too long may cause him injuries and keeping him in a cart with little space to move may discomfort him too. HOw about a foldable stair he can climb?

We have a dog cart on wheels with a top that could be used, but it is a bit weighty, the other idea I have is a small stool cum step ladder, with two steps that Rusti could climb. We have a wood one, but is they come in plastic they would be very light. If you were to add two wheels, so it would run with the other two legs in the air, and a handle??

A friend of ours has a therapy dog and they do a wonderful job, well done

Joan what about a childs wagon some of them are high enough the you could just scoop him out with out having to bend and they are usually not heavy.
